SuperJunior’s Choi Siwon recalled his first encounter with singer BoA.
In the episode of SBS ‘Thank You’ aired on 9th, Son Hyun Joo and BoA went traveling with their best friends Moon Jung Hee, Yoo Hae Jin and SuperJunior’s Choi Siwon.
Choi Siwon recalled his first encounter with BoA who was already a top star by 2003 and said, “I felt sense of shame since she was already known for being a star in Asia.”
He added, “On the first day I went to work after signing the contract with the company, I said hi to her but she didn’t respond. I said hi twice but she ignored both times so I continued. Finally the third time I said hi, she responded. It was sad.”
When asked if she remembers, BoA answered, “I do not remember. I must be able to remember that good looking face though” evoking laughter.
